The Jeremiah Project is a community action programme supported by, and in association with other churches in Mitcham.
The Church mobilised, working together in practical and spiritual ways for the benefit of the whole community of Mitcham.
Jeremiah Project is a working project name of
All Nations Revival Church.
Here are some of the initiatives that we are involved with:

Elaine Panton-Tombri is our spare-time Parish Nurse currently on sabbatical.
Elaine leads a team reaching out locally into Hall Place providing health checks, healthy eating advice, support and prayer.
We are looking forward to developing this ministry further when Elaine returns in the summer.
